One to One coachingOne-to-One Coaching

Our coaching programmes are offered to employees through their employers but are also available directly to individuals who are looking to learn how to make every minute count with their families. As an employer your motivation may be to offer the programme as a bonus, to encourage higher performance levels or simply to show that you care for the wellbeing of your workforce both in and out of the office.

One-to-One Coaching provides a more individual service and can be offered face to face, over the phone, or as a mixture of the two, because flexibility and convenience are the essence of this facility. Our coaching package gives our accredited coaches more time to focus on the needs of each of your employees and is perfect as either a stand-alone service or an additional offering to your staff along with our Workshops and Drop-in Sessions.

Benefits of One-to-One Coaching

We appreciate that your staff are busy people with many priorities pulling them in different directions each day. After all, that is why we have developed this alternative to the standard work/life balance programme. Our One-to-One Coaching allows us to provide these employees with the same attention as those who attend our Workshops and Drop-in Sessions, but with the ultimate in flexible delivery – coaching offered when and where it is most convenient.

Some of your staff may well prefer to discuss their family communications and relationships on a one-to-one basis rather than in front of their colleagues. We do our best to encourage an open discussion environment in our workshops, but there is no beating one-to-one coaching for its confidential nature and individual focus.

Others may wish to discuss specific issues outside the realms of our workshop programme. One-to-one coaching provides a very personal approach to our programme, allowing your employees to select their own agenda and topics to discuss.

One-to-One Coaching Programme

The format and delivery method of our coaching programme along with its content are wholly dictated by the employee themselves. They can use the time to discuss specific issues they have and our skilled coaches will help them identify areas they want to improve. The aim of such a programme is to knock down barriers, improve communication and enable employed parents to make the most of the time they spend away from work so they can be more focused while they are in the office.

The skills and techniques that are covered in our coaching sessions are designed to improve the interactions your parent workforce have with their children – the premise being an acknowledgement that although the time available to them may be short, it can also be enriching.

Making the most of these precious times can make all the difference in the world to a parent. Of course these same skills and techniques can also be used in everyday life with friends and work colleagues to squeeze the most out of every moment.
